Magnetic, mass, and ultrasonic flow meters are precision instruments designed to measure the flow rate of conductive liquids, slurries, and gases in industrial processes. Magnetic flow meters, or magmeters, operate on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, featuring no moving parts and offering high accuracy across a wide range of pipe diameters from DN 15 to DN 2000. Mass flow meters, often based on Coriolis principle, provide direct mass flow measurement unaffected by fluid properties like density or viscosity. Ultrasonic flow meters use transit-time or Doppler techniques for non-invasive measurement, ideal for clean liquids or those with suspended solids. These devices come with various liner materials such as EPDM, hard NBR rubber, and Hastelloy C-276 electrodes, with flanged connections in carbon steel or stainless steel, rated for pressures up to PN 40. They support remote transmitters and are available in full-bore or insertion designs, with outputs like 4-20 mA, pulse, or digital communication protocols.
