The WIN10 IOT 2019 LTSC USB HIGH kit performs an upgrade from the Windows 7, Windows 10 IOT LTSB 2015 or Windows 10 IOT LTSB 2016 operating systems to the Windows 10 IOT LTSC 2019 operating system on a Phoenix Contact industrial PC (IPC). The update is only performed on industrial PCs manufactured by Phoenix Contact and configured and sold with one of the Windows operating systems mentioned above. The following industrial PC platforms are compatible with the WIN10 IOT 2019 LTSC USB HIGH LICENSE: DL PPC... 7000, VL2 BPC/PPC 9000 and BL RM... with a 3.1 GHz i7-4770S processor (configuration code I41).
