SW-XSOFT-CODESYS-3-M
All Eaton XV/XC PLCs can be programmed with XSoft-CODESYS. The software is based on the CODESYS standard developed by 3S. Technically sophisticated features, ease of use, and the widespread use of the software in automation components from a variety of manufacturers are a guarantee of success. Eaton offers both CODESYS Version 2 and CODESYS Version 3, and most XV/XC PLCs can be programmed with either version. z-Mz versions come with a multi-user license, i.e., the software is allowed to be installed on multiple computers. CODESYS programming follows IEC-1131-3 rules and offers the following programming languages: Instruction list (IL) , structured text (ST), function block diagram (FBD), continuous function chart (CFC), ladder diagram (LD), sequential function chart (SFC). CODESYS V3 benefits: A programming tool that can be expanded with plug-ins (allowing for customer-specific modifications), a modern development environment, and advanced language options (object-oriented programming), know-how protection for target and programming tool, multiple PLC programs in one project, new and improved target visualization functions, improved IT safety functions, websites based on HTML5, field bus configurations: for CAN, Profibus, SmartWire-DT®, Modbus-TCP/RTU, EthernetIP.
