The cable lugs type AAD..-M.. are made of aluminum tube. The aluminum tube has a minimum purity of 99.5%. The cable lugs for Aluminium cables to DIN EN 50182 up to 10 kV suitable.
All the cable lugs are filled with a special contact grease, that the compression of the oxidation is destroyed layer in the pressing area and, thus, an optimal compression is guaranteed.
The end of the tube is used for the storage and Transport of sealed with a cap.
On the cable Shoe, the following information are shown:
