La serie ADVANCE2 de SCAME es una línea robusta de bases de enchufe enclavadas con portafusibles integrados, diseñadas para entornos industriales exigentes. Estos dispositivos combinan un grado de protección IP66/IP67 con un enclavamiento mecánico que impide la inserción o extracción de la clavija bajo carga, garantizando la seguridad del operario. Disponibles en configuraciones desde 2P+T hasta 3P+N+T, todas con una intensidad nominal de 16A, cubren un amplio rango de tensiones y posiciones horarias (2h, 3h, 4h, 5h, 6h, 7h, 8h, 9h, 10h, 11h, 12h) para adaptarse a la disposición de clavijas internacional. El portafusibles integrado proporciona protección contra sobreintensidades directamente en el punto de uso, eliminando la necesidad de cajas de fusibles separadas en muchas aplicaciones. Estas unidades están fabricadas con carcasas de termoplástico de alto impacto y herrajes resistentes a la corrosión, lo que las hace adecuadas para condiciones exteriores e industriales adversas donde el polvo, los chorros de agua y el esfuerzo mecánico están presentes.

Estas bases enclavadas se utilizan principalmente en sistemas de distribución de energía industrial, alimentación temporal en obras, puertos deportivos, puertos e instalaciones agrícolas. También son comunes en talleres, fábricas y distribución de energía para eventos donde se requieren conexiones fiables y resistentes a la intemperie. El enclavamiento mecánico asegura que la base solo se energiza cuando la clavija está completamente insertada y bloqueada, evitando arcos eléctricos y desconexiones accidentales. El portafusibles permite una protección local contra sobreintensidades, particularmente útil en circuitos derivados que alimentan equipos portátiles o maquinaria. Las aplicaciones típicas incluyen la alimentación de soldadoras, compresores, bombas, torres de iluminación y otros equipos pesados que requieren una conexión segura y estanca.

La serie ADVANCE2 cumple con las normas internacionales IEC 60309-1 e IEC 60309-2 para bases de enchufe y clavijas industriales, así como con los grados de protección IP correspondientes. Estos dispositivos son totalmente compatibles con clavijas IEC 60309 estándar de cualquier fabricante importante, garantizando la intercambiabilidad entre marcas. La sección del portafusibles está diseñada para aceptar fusibles de cartucho estándar de 10x38 mm, ofreciendo flexibilidad en la selección del calibre de protección adecuado para cada aplicación. La serie también está diseñada para cumplir con los requisitos de la norma EN 60529 para protección de ingreso, asegurando un rendimiento fiable en entornos húmedos y polvorientos.
