The series CLG are LED Drvers designed to work directly with leds (plates LED or COBs), not with LED strips. Must be equipment that is fed in a steady stream.

This source can operate in either Constant Current when we connect the LEDs directly to have a voltage within the Range of Output Voltage mode Constant Current and a working current equal to the output current.

You can also work in voltage mode constant giving a fixed voltage of 27V if the load is powered at constant voltage and does not overcome the maximum output power.
