- The standard accessory is available off the shelf, and provides a IP 2XC protection degree for cable openings while at the same time allowing cables to pass through
- The guards ensure that the enclosure complies with IEC 61439, regarding segregation
- Maintainers can work safely inside the enclosure, without the risk of touching live sections
- The guards can be mounted onto the cable openings on the internal side panels (MSPS) and onto the cable openings on the mounting plate (MSMPN) that have either vertical or horizontal openings
