The S5 series from Datalogic comprises a comprehensive range of plastic tubular M18 photoelectric sensors engineered for industrial automation. These sensors are available in multiple optical configurations, including fixed-focus models at 15 mm and 50 mm, diffuse proximity variants with operating distances up to 60 cm, retroreflex types for 4 m range, polarized retroreflex for 3 m, and specialized versions for detecting transparent materials at 1 m.
