They are available in finger, hand, and body detection versions, with reaction times optimized for applications up to category 4 (SIL 3 / PL e). Key technical parameters include resolution (14 mm for finger, 30 mm for hand, 50 mm for body), scanning range, and response time, which are critical for selecting the correct safety distance according to ISO 13855.
