GP6220330x is an ultrasonic sensor with a built-in3 col- our LED indicator and part of the Dupline®parking guid- ance system.
TheGP6220330xsensor is installed in the middle of the ceiling above the parking bayanddetectswhethera car is parked in the bay. The parking bay status is indicat- ed using the built in LEDs. Thecolourofthebuilt-in LEDindicatoriscontrolled viathebusbyanexternal device (e.g. a PC or a PLC). Different colour combina- tionsareavailabletofacil- itatedifferentapplications. E.g.thecombination red/ green/ambercanbeused
in a parking facility withan automated bookingsystem, and amber can indicate spaces booked for a specific event or for VIPs.
Each sensor needs to be connectedtotheDupline®
3-wire bus. The bus pro- videspower andenables the sensors totransmitthe statusoftheparkingbays to the carpark monitoring devices (GP3482 9091 724- X), which keep track of the number of free parking bays in an area and show the result on the connected dis- plays.
