The peak switching SSR is pri- marily used for transformer applications. By applying DC control voltage, the output semiconductor is activated at the peak of the line voltage.
The semiconductor switches OFF, when load current cross- es zero, upon removal of the control voltage. The LED indi- cates when the output is acti- vated.
